Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2-3 loops of sausage
  • 4 slices of roasted peppers
  • White cheese
  • grated yellow cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • Oil




Recipe Instructions: Pour a little oil at the bottom of the cups. Dice the onion and arrange it in 4 bowls, then add the previously diced potatoes, sliced mushrooms, sausage and paprika. Sprinkle with crushed white cheese and grated cheese. Pour a little water into each of the bowls, cover and bake at a temperature of about 200 degrees until the potatoes are soft. Then add one egg to each of the bowls and bake for another 10 minutes. Step by step photos are on the next page. Take out of the oven and serve.
