A recipe for a very easy to make Bulgarian cold soup Tarator

- 1 bigger cucumber (about 350 grams)
- natural unsweetened yoghurt 500 ml.
- water 500 ml.
- 2 large cloves of garlic
Recipe Instructions: Peel the cucumber and grate it in fine mesh or cut it into small pieces. Dice the garlic and crush it with a little salt using a mortar. Add yoghurt and previously prepared garlic to the grated cucumber, mix. Then add water, finely chopped dill, salt and a little oil, mix all the ingredients again. Tarator can be served as a soup in a plate or in a glass as a drink with dinner. It should be chilled before serving. This dish is served cold, but I personally like it right after cooking (not chilled).
