Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 liters of water
  • 250 minced meat
  • cumin, salt, pepper
  • fide noodles
  • 1 egg
  • Half a cup of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of vegeta
  • flour
  • parsley




Recipe Instructions: Pour water into the pot and add chopped carrots, onion, salt and a little oil. While the water is boiling, prepare the meat. Add the cumin, pepper and a pinch of salt to the meat and mix. Make small balls of the meat and roll them in flour, then throw them into the boiling stock. When the carrots are soft, add noodles and veggies. Cook for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, break the egg with cream and a little stock, then pour everything into the pot with the soup, add the chopped parsley.
