A recipe for a delicious Spanish seafood soup

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 150 g of “fideua” pasta
  • peeled shrimp
  • squid
  • pieces of fish (any fish)
  • clams
  • a small onion
  • Patagonian squid
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • spices: mild pepper, saffron
  • 1 grated tomato
  • 2.5 cubes of fish broth
  • 2 liters of water




Recipe Instructions: Pour a little oil or olive oil into the pot and fry the finely chopped onion and garlic. Cut the Patagonian squid and fish into smaller pieces. After frying, add spices and pour the seafood into the water. Cook for about 40 minutes. Then add the “fide” pasta and cook for another 10 minutes. I hope you will like the soup.
