Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 large onions
- 6 carrots
- 1 parsley

- 1 kg of mackerel fillets

- 1 cup tomato puree
Recipe Instructions: Defrost the fish and cut it into smaller pieces. Break the eggs with salt and pepper. Soak the fish in the egg, cover it with flour and fry it. Peel the onion and cut it into crescents. Peel the rest of the vegetables and grate them with coarse meshes. Add all vegetables 3 tablespoons of oil, half a glass of water, pepper and salt. We stew for about 20 minutes. Then add a glass of tomato puree and stew for about 10 more minutes. Let the water evaporate for a while, uncovered. In a casserole dish, translate the fish with vegetables and put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
