Recipe for fish paste with egg and cheese




6 Eggs
300 grams of cheese
2 cans of sardines in tomatoes (about 160 grams)
1 can of sardines in oil (approximately 80 grams)
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise


Hard-boil the eggs and, after cooling, grate them on a coarse grater, grate the cheese on the finer meshes, grind the fish with a fork and add mayonnaise. Mix all the ingredients listed above. Bon Appetit.
