Recipe for homemade donuts




0.5 liters of milk
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of oil
3/4 cup of sugar
25 grams of yeast
1 kilogram of flour


Heat the milk a little and dissolve the yeast in it. Break the eggs with sugar. Then combine all the ingredients (add the flour gradually) and knead the dough. Put the kneaded dough into a bowl, cover it with a towel and leave it to rise (about 20 minutes). Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1.5 cm. We use a wide glass and a glass for cutting. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or pot and fry it on both sides. Pour in the oil so much that the packages float in it. After frying, place it on kitchen paper or napkins and sprinkle with powdered sugar
