Delicious potato pancakes with mashed potatoes. We can use the potatoes that we have left from dinner.
1 kilogram of potatoes
1 cup of flour
300 grams of grated yellow cheese
finely chopped dill
Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. After cooking, drain it and knead it or pass it through a food processor. Add all ingredients, mix and knead. Sprinkle the baking paper or pastry board with flour. Make balls of the kneaded dough, roll them in flour, place them on the dough and flatten them. Fry the prepared pancakes on both sides in preheated oil. Serve with cream.
