Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time:  1 hour

Total Time: 1 hour and 15 minutes

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2.5 liters of water
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 parsley
  • half a cup of rice
  • 500 grams of pork neck
  • 190 grams tomato paste or a carton of tomato puree about 400 ml
  • 3 tablespoons of cream
  • 3 balls of allspice
  • 3 bay leaves
  • salt pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

Recipe Instructions: I start with the meat, it can be chunk or cut into smaller pieces. Today I have already used a diced pork neck. I wash the meat, put it into the pot, pour water over it, add salt, pepper and start cooking. In the meantime, I peel the vegetables and dice them and then add them to the cooking pot. After about 20 minutes, I add the rice and cook the vegetables and meat until tender. After this time, I catch the meat and mince it by tearing it or cut it into small strips and put it back into the soup.

I cook for about 10 minutes more and add tomato paste and a teaspoon of sugar, after a few minutes try and add salt and / or pepper to your taste. Now it is time to thicken our tomato. From our stock, pour half a glass to which I add a teaspoon of flour and three tablespoons of cream, mix everything well and add to the soup, straining through a strainer. I mix the whole soup and cook for another 5 minutes or a little longer. We serve it in a deep plate and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. On the next page I added step by step photos >>>>>
