Pamplona
Pamplona is located on the border of two provinces: Navarra and Basque Country, however it belongs to Navarra. It is very famous for the bull races that are held during the San Fermin fiesta. If you want to park in the center, there is a paid underground car park at Plaza Castilla. On the same square there is a cafe “Cafe Iruña” where Hemingway liked to hang out.
