Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • wine vinegar (optional)
  • salt





Recipe Instructions: 
Peel the cucumber. Wash the vegetables and cut them into smaller pieces. Add all ingredients to the blender and grind them. Put in the fridge for two hours. We serve it for dinner in a glass or in a plate for soup. May be served with diced croutons.
