Playa del Saler

Playa del Saler is one of the most popular beaches in Valencia, ideal for those who want to enjoy swimming. It is located south of Valencia, between Playa de Pinedo and Playa de la Devesa. It is 2.7 km long and has an average width of 35 meters; it is located in the heart of the Albufera Natural Park, and its fine, golden sand accompanies you during your visit.




Playa del Saler is protected by a dune belt of great ecological importance, which protects the beach from westerly winds. Thanks to the large area of pine forests surrounding the coast, Playa del Saler has maintained its natural and wild appearance. Although it is a crowded beach in the summer season, there is an atmosphere of peace and quiet.




At Playa del Saler, you have access to all kinds of services, so you can fully enjoy your visit. There are adapted toilets for people with reduced mobility, observation posts with lifeguards, and health points to turn to in case of any problems. Playa del Saler is very well connected. If you want to get there, from Valencia you can take bus lines 24 and 25; by car, you can reach it via the CV-500 road, taking the Platges/El Saler exit. There is also the possibility of getting there by bike if you like to move around pedaling.

Playa de Pinedo

Playa de Pinedo is a beautiful and peaceful beach located on the eastern coast of Spain, in Valencia. It is located south of the port and yacht club, which protect it from the north winds. It is open and has fine sand, and in its surroundings, it has a zone of dunes and vegetation that passes into the popular huerta valenciana.




Playa de Pinedo is a beach with fine, golden sand and dunes, calm waters, moderate waves, medium traffic, and limited by rice fields from the inside. To the north, it borders the new mouth of the Turia River and the town of Pinedo, currently a suburb of Valencia. It has a promenade. Along its three kilometers, there are bars and restaurants, the water is suitable for bathing, and it is equipped with showers.




It is a place that has become one of the most popular on the coast of the region, with its crystal-clear waters, dazzling white sand, and impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea. There is also a free zone that extends from the famous “Casa Negra” to the old Plexi factory, which is intended for nudism. To the south, it borders the Saler beach and enters the protected area of the Albufera Natural Park.

Playa de las Arenas

Playa de las Arenas, also known as Playa del Cabañal, is one of the most important and well-known beaches in Valencia due to its proximity to the city center and its wonderful atmosphere. It is located between the Marina and Playa de la Malvarrosa, right next to the port of Valencia.




It is a beach over 1 kilometer long, with fine, golden sand, which has been honored with the Blue Flag, Q for tourist quality, and the Eco Playas award. It is an ideal beach for swimming and enjoying a wonderful day of sun, close to the city center. It is usually quite crowded, with heavy traffic throughout the area, especially in the summer months. It is adapted for people of all ages and people with reduced mobility. Along the entire length of the Playa de las Arenas promenade, there are many restaurants with a view of the beach, where you can try delicious paella from Valencia. You can always see people eating, drinking something, or wanting to have fun, especially in the summer months.




On Playa de las Arenas beach, there are various areas for sports, volleyball nets, and areas for children. It is a beach located next to Playa de la Malvarrosa and very close to Playa de la Patacona and the marina, which are fashionable in summer. In this area, there are restaurants and clubs where people start with eating and drinking and end up dancing and singing until late at night.
